Budapest Easter Fair on Vorosmarty Square

The Easter Fair on Vorosmarty Square, the historical and atmospheric square in downtown Budapest, is an annual festival and fair, with lots of good quality handmade crafts of Hungarian artisans (featuring some specific Hungarian Easter crafts too like the beautiful hand painted Easter eggs), traditional Hungarian foods, drinks made fresh at the market, where you can also sit down at any of the tables and benches and enjoy a hearty, warm meal, or a nice sandwich and salad along with Hungarian wines, drinks, cordials, etc.

This is a spring event we look forward to each year, along with the big Budapest Spring Festival, which is the main event basically in March or April, summarizing the Easter events in Budapest.
