November festivals in the city are both indoor and outdoor festivals despite the cold days in Budapest. The festival of the month are probably the Budapest International Guitar Festival. Delight for the ears on those gloomy, rainy November days.
Magic Bath Parties in Budapest in November: 3, 7, 14 and 24, 2018 in Szechenyi Baths. Budapest is famous for its thermal baths and that its inhabitants love to party, therefore combining the two is no surprise. St. Martin’s Day Festival: 11 November, 2018, countrywide. Every November 11th, the Magyars commemorate St. Martin, one of Hungary’s patron saints born within this nation’s boundaries, while celebrations spread countrywide with gluttonous holiday gatherings.

PlayIT Gamer Show & Expo in Budapest with lots of mobile and video games to try, buy. Venue of the festival is Hungexpo Budapest Fair Center. Date: not scheduled for 2018 yet.
Budapest Christmas events show a vast array of cultural, gastro and musical events, festivals, fairs, concerts, shows (Nutcracker, and other shows), festive dinners and cruises. Be part of the Christmassy feeling of our city!
There are two beautiful Christmas markets, one by Cafe Gerbeaud and the other one by the St Stephen Cathedral. The Christmas market on Vorosmarty ter opens usually weeks before the Advent, while the Xmas fair at the Cathedral is open from Advent to January 1 or 2.
